Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Apple Solutions Marketing Corporation (“Organization”). We are committed to serving our community and creating a positive impact on our membership. By becoming a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which include important state privacy requirements.

  1. Membership

1.1. Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old, have completed the membership application process, paid the required fees, and are Authorized by Apple, Inc. The Organization reserves the right to deny membership at its sole discretion.

1.2. Membership Categories: The Organization offers various membership categories, as detailed on our website or in our promotional materials. Each category may have different benefits, dues, and eligibility requirements.

1.3. Membership Term: Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of registration and must be renewed annually. Members will receive a reminder to renew their membership prior to the expiration date.

1.4. Membership Fees: Members are required to pay the applicable fees for their chosen membership category. Fees are non-refundable and subject to change without prior notice.

1.5. Member Benefits: Members enjoy benefits as outlined on our website or in our promotional materials, which may include access to special events, discounts, and newsletters.

1.6. Termination of Membership: The Organization reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member fails to comply with these terms and conditions or engages in conduct detrimental to the Organization’s objectives or reputation.

2.1. Personal Information: In accordance with state privacy laws, the Organization collects, uses, and discloses personal information only for the purposes for which it was provided, including processing membership applications, providing member benefits, vendor access, and complying with legal obligations.

3.1. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to adhere to the Organization’s Code of Conduct, which promotes ethical behavior and respect for others. Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in termination of membership.

3.2. Intellectual Property: All content provided by the Organization, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of the Organization and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
